The Society of Egyptian Architects and the UIA

The Society of Egyptian Architects (SEA) has been established in Cairo on December 23, 1917. It is a founder member of the International Union of Architects(UIA), which has been established in Paris on July 1948.

International and Regional activity of SEA:

Cooperate and participate with international and/or regional organizations to implement international and regional projects and researches in architecture, urban planning and engineering fields. As well as to organize conferences and workshops in order to develop the profession of architects and urban planners, through dissemination of technical experience, and to preserve the physical environments of human settlements.
